IISM & Surabaya Cold Chain Expo is the Surabaya staging of Wakeni's IISM (Indonesia International Seafood & Meat) exhibition, run together with a dedicated cold chain show at the Grand City Convention & Exhibition Centre. It is the regional counterpart to the organiser's larger Jakarta edition and is aimed squarely at East Java and eastern Indonesia. The floor covers refrigeration, cold storage, reefer logistics and perishable-goods handling across the seafood, meat and processed-food trades.
Eastern Indonesia is a fast-growing market for perishable-goods logistics, and this is the main regional floor where cold storage operators, refrigeration suppliers and seafood/meat processors meet buyers. Attendees come to source refrigeration and monitoring equipment, secure reefer and warehousing capacity, and read demand across the eastern archipelago. Free trade-visitor registration keeps it a working sourcing event rather than a paid conference.
Admission is restricted to trade visitors and professionals, with the general public and under-16s barred. Expect seafood and meat processors, cold storage and warehousing operators, refrigeration and equipment vendors, and logistics and distribution firms concentrated in East Java. Seniority skews toward operations, procurement and business-development roles rather than executive policy.
