FlyPharma Copenhagen 2026 is the tenth European edition of Samedan Ltd's pharma air-freight conference, a small single-track event centred on temperature-controlled pharmaceutical supply chains moving through airports, airlines and forwarders. The series rotates around European pharma hubs, having run in Vienna (2024) and Amsterdam (2025). Sessions cover cold chain handling, GDP compliance, airport-to-airline connectivity and security technology.
It is one of the few forums where pharma shippers, airlines, airports, forwarders and specialist couriers sit in one room to work through where GDP-compliant cold chain breaks down in air transport. Delegates use it to benchmark airport pharma-handling capability, lane risk and hub connectivity. Named host partners for this edition are Copenhagen Airports A/S, SAS Cargo and World Courier.
The room skews to logistics and supply-chain leads from pharma manufacturers, cargo and pharma-vertical managers from airlines, airport cargo-development teams, freight forwarders and pharma courier networks. It is a senior, commercially-oriented audience rather than a scientific one. Scale is modest — a focused networking conference, not a large exhibition.
