The Food Shippers of America Annual Conference is the flagship event of FSA, a US food-and-beverage supply-chain association, held for its 71st edition at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort in Palm Desert. It gathers food shippers, carriers and logistics providers around freight capacity, carrier relations, logistics technology and the economics of moving food, with refrigerated transport a major thread.
A large share of food freight is temperature-controlled, and this is a primary US venue where food shippers and refrigerated carriers set capacity, rates and service relationships for the year. For reefer carriers, cold-storage operators and 3PLs serving the food chain it is a high-value networking and business-development event, though cold chain sits within a broader food-logistics agenda.
Supply-chain, logistics and transportation executives from food and beverage manufacturers, alongside refrigerated and dry carriers, 3PLs, brokers and logistics-technology vendors. Attendance is US-centred and senior-commercial, and entry is invitation-based rather than open registration.
