IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show 2026

The fresh produce and floral industry's largest North American trade show. Post-harvest cooling, cold storage, refrigerated transport and packaging suppliers form one exhibitor segment within a much broader commercial show; there is no dedicated cold-chain track.

What it is

The Global Produce & Floral Show is the International Fresh Produce Association's flagship trade show, running Wednesday to Friday, 14-16 October 2026 in Orlando. The 2026 edition moves off the traditional weekend to a midweek schedule. Future editions are set for Atlanta (2027) and Anaheim (2028).

Why it matters

Fresh produce and cut flowers are the highest-volume perishable cold chains in existence, and the equipment, packaging and logistics that keep them intact are on this floor: forced-air and hydro cooling, refrigerated warehousing, reefer transport, controlled-atmosphere packaging and shelf-life monitoring. It is a buying and commercial show rather than a technical conference, so treat it as a supplier floor and a place to meet the retail and distribution side.

Who you'll meet

Growers, shippers, retail and foodservice buyers, distributors and wholesalers, plus post-harvest technology, cold storage, refrigerated logistics and packaging suppliers. Very large and commercially driven.
