India Warehousing Show is RX India's (Reed Exhibitions) annual warehousing, logistics and supply-chain exhibition, running its 16th edition in June 2027 at the YashoBhoomi (IICC) convention centre in Dwarka, New Delhi. It draws 300+ exhibitors across roughly 20,000 sqm and runs an accompanying multi-day summit. Cold storage and refrigerated warehousing sit within a broad remit that also spans racking, material handling, WMS/automation and intralogistics.
It is where India's cold-storage operators, 3PLs and fruit/vegetable and seafood exporters source refrigerated-warehouse infrastructure, racking, handling equipment and monitoring systems for the domestic market. The National Centre for Cold Chain Development (NCCD) backs the show, so Indian cold-chain policy and standards conversations surface here. For a cold chain professional it functions as a procurement and India market-entry venue rather than a pharma-GDP conference.
The floor is warehouse and cold-storage owners and consultants, supply-chain and logistics companies, 3PLs, freight forwarders and customs agents, cargo airlines, food and agri exporters, and equipment/automation vendors. Attendance skews operational and commercial - facility developers, ops and procurement leads - rather than clinical or regulatory pharma roles. Government bodies and industry associations (NCCD, warehouse-developer and transporter associations) also participate.
