The Air Cargo Forum (ACF) is TIACA's flagship event, pairing a trade exhibition of 300-plus booths with a conference program of keynotes and panels. Under a format adopted by TIACA's board, ACF now runs annually and alternates between Miami and Abu Dhabi; the 2027 edition is the second in Abu Dhabi following the 2025 Middle East debut. It is organised with MGME, hosted by Etihad Cargo, and supported by the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi.
Air is the mode for high-value, time- and temperature-sensitive freight, so pharma cold chain (active and passive ULDs, CEIV Pharma and GDP compliance) and perishables handling feature heavily on the floor and in sessions. The forum is where carriers, ground handlers and temperature-controlled packaging vendors set commercial direction and where airport cool-chain infrastructure and handling standards get debated. Its Gulf placement puts Abu Dhabi's growing pharma and perishables transit role at the centre.
TIACA's membership spans shippers, freight forwarders, ground handlers, airports, airlines, ULD and packaging manufacturers, and IT and monitoring providers. Attendance skews senior — commercial and cargo directors, heads of pharma and perishables verticals, and airport cargo leadership — alongside the temperature-controlled solution firms (container lessors, packaging makers, real-time monitoring providers) that exhibit. Policymakers and regulators also participate.
