FHA-Food & Beverage 2027

FHA-Food & Beverage is the food-and-beverage edition of Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA), held at Singapore Expo and one of Asia-Pacific's largest F&B sourcing shows; the 2027 edition runs 20-23 April 2027. It spans roughly 12 specialised segments including dairy, seafood, meat and poultry, fresh produce, frozen/convenience food, halal and beverages, and co-locates with ProWine Singapore and IndusFood Asia. Organiser Informa Markets projects on the order of 71,000 trade buyers and about 2,700 exhibitors across some 100,000 sqm.

For cold-chain professionals it functions as a perishables sourcing and supplier-discovery venue rather than a cold-chain conference: temperature-sensitive categories dominate several halls, so importers, distributors and reefer/logistics buyers use it to meet suppliers and read product flows into Asia. The co-located FutureFWD Conference and Sustainability Summit touch food-integrity and supply-chain themes but are not cold-chain-specific. There is no dedicated cold-chain pavilion or GDP track.

The room is food importers, distributors, retail and foodservice buyers, hotel and HoReCa procurement, and manufacturers' export teams, alongside the logistics and cold-storage providers that serve them. Seniority skews to procurement and category managers, with senior commercial leadership on the exhibiting side. It is a trade-only exhibition, not open to the general public.
