Gulfood is the world's largest annual food and beverage trade exhibition, organised by Dubai World Trade Centre and running since 1987. The 2027 edition spreads across two venues (DWTC and the Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City) with 8,500+ exhibitors and 1.5M+ products across 12 sectors, including meat and poultry, dairy, and frozen and chilled foods, sourced from 195 countries.
It is the primary sourcing and contracting floor for perishable and frozen F&B moving into and through the MENA region, so it is where importers, distributors and buyers set the supplier relationships and volume commitments that drive temperature-controlled import, storage and last-mile requirements for the year. Cold chain and cold storage providers use it to position against the specific frozen, chilled and dairy flows being negotiated.
The room is dominated by F&B importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail and foodservice buyers, alongside manufacturers, national pavilions and export agencies. Cold storage operators, reefer logistics and freight providers, and packaging suppliers attend to service the perishable trade being transacted.
