LogiMAT 2027

LogiMAT is one of the world's largest trade fairs for intralogistics solutions and process management, held annually at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre with roughly 1,500 exhibitors spanning the full materials-handling stack — automated storage, conveying, industrial trucks, warehouse software, AutoID and packaging. The 2027 edition runs 16-18 March under the theme 'Mind Meets Machine – What's Next?'. It is a horizontal logistics show, not a cold-chain event.

The temperature-controlled segment appears here as intralogistics hardware: deep-freeze and chilled warehouse automation, energy-efficient cold-store racking, temperature and telematics sensors, and packaging for perishables. Buyers weighing capex for refrigerated distribution centres or monitoring equipment can compare competing systems on one floor. There is no cold-chain conference stream, so the value is the exhibitor hall rather than the programme.

Attendees are intralogistics and supply-chain decision-makers — heads of logistics, warehouse and operations managers, systems integrators and procurement — heavily from German-speaking Europe with broad international draw. Cold-chain professionals attend as a minority vertical alongside general 3PL, retail, e-commerce and manufacturing buyers. Exhibitors are automation OEMs, WMS vendors and equipment suppliers rather than pharma or food-logistics specialists.
