HoReCa FoodService Expo is a food-supply and supply-chain trade fair for the HoReCa industry, staged by Ptak Warsaw Expo near Warsaw. Alongside foodservice products and equipment it carries an explicit food-logistics strand - cold-chain transport and cross-docking, chilled and frozen products and low-temperature storage - and a FoodSupply Summit conference track on food-logistics technology.
Foodservice runs on chilled and frozen product, and this show pairs the buyers of that product with the cold-chain transport, cross-docking and cold-storage providers that move it, giving the temperature-controlled side a named place on the floor. For cold-chain firms serving the Polish and CEE foodservice trade it is a targeted regional venue, though cold chain is one track within a broad HoReCa fair.
Restaurant, hotel, catering and retail-foodservice buyers and operators, alongside food manufacturers, distributors and the cold-chain logistics, cross-docking and refrigeration providers that supply them. Attendance is Poland- and CEE-centred, weighted to commercial foodservice and procurement roles.
