Seafood Expo North America, co-located with Seafood Processing North America, is the continent's largest seafood trade fair, produced annually in Boston by Diversified Communications and formerly the International Boston Seafood Show. The 2027 edition runs three days at the Thomas M. Menino Convention & Exhibition Center. Exhibits span fresh, frozen and value-added seafood alongside processing and packaging equipment, cold storage and distribution services.
This is where seafood importers, processors and distributors procure product and specify the cold storage, reefer transport, packaging and refrigeration equipment that move perishable protein from vessel to plate. Sourcing negotiations and supplier selection made on the floor set annual reefer, air-freight and warehousing volumes. For a cold chain professional it maps the perishable-protein supply chain and its temperature-control vendors in a single hall.
The floor is trade-only: seafood importers, exporters, wholesalers and processors, plus buyers from supermarkets, restaurants, hotels and foodservice distributors. Cold storage operators, reefer and air-freight carriers, packaging and refrigeration-equipment suppliers exhibit to that buyer base. Seniority skews to procurement, category and supply-chain decision-makers.
